As a customer of BIRKE, you have 30 days of full right of cancellation and return from the date you ordered your goods. If you regret your purchase, please write to us at: birke@birke1972.com. You can choose to use our GLS return service or send the package back by post yourself.

We do not offer exchanges and therefore recommend that you simply place a new order for the correct size or color in the shop and return the item(s) you do not want.

Return with GLS:

If you choose the GLS return service, we will send a GLS return label to your email. Attach the order confirmation - which you previously received by email - together with the item(s) you are returning and hand in the package to a GLS parcel shop.

The item must be returned in original packaging, unused and in the same condition as on receipt. If you use the GLS return label, DKK 49 for shipping will be deducted from the price you paid for the item. The processing of returned goods can take up to 7 working days.
