Return with GLS
If you choose the GLS return service, we will send a GLS return label to your email. Attach the order confirmation - you received by email in connection with your purchase - together with the item(s) you want to return, and hand in the package to a GLS parcel shop.
The item must be returned in original packaging, unused and in the same condition as on receipt. If you use the GLS return label, DKK 49 for shipping will be deducted from the price you paid for the item. The order must be handed in at a GLS parcel shop.
The processing of returned goods can take up to 7 working days.

Gift cards from competitions cannot be exchanged for cash, and they can only be used for purchases on our webshop or in our store. This type of gift card may not be passed on from the winner (recipient) to 3 persons.
