All prices are shown in DKK and include VAT. The prices are only valid within the borders of Denmark. We reserve the right to charge changes and printing errors.
DELIVERY TIME:
We endeavor that you receive your order within 2-3 working days after placing the order. In connection with public holidays and special launches, extended delivery times may occur.
All packages are insured and you will receive an email when your package is on its way
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL WHEN RETURNING TO THE WEBSHOP:
Gift cards from competitions cannot be exchanged for cash, and they can only be used for purchases on our webshop or in our store. This type of gift card may not be passed on from the winner (recipient) to 3 persons.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT:
Should there be an error with an item, you are welcome to contact us by e-mail: birke@birke1972.com or phone: +45 5269 2976 , and we will find a solution together. You are of course allowed and entitled to advertise a product that is affected by errors or defects that were visible (could be registered) when the product was sold. The right to complain is valid for 2 years and covers manufacturing and material defects. However, you must remember to advertise within 2 months after you have ascertained the error or deficiency.

www.birke1972.com accepts payment with Dankort, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron and Mobilpay. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched.
COMPLAINT OPTIONS:
The law allows you to complain to the Center for complaint resolution at www.forbrug.dk.
The EU Commission's online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country.
