MOBILEFIT TRAINING EQUIPMENT

We are very happy that, in collaboration with Mobilefit, we can offer members and customers this authentic training equipment - developed by two frogmen. The inspiration comes from the ladders that frogmen use when they have to "board" ships.

MobileFit is Danish quality at its best. The ladder is made of 6 mm static rope and the handles are specially designed plastic with a nice silicone rubber surface that ensures a good, safe and comfortable grip.

Each ladder comes with a Daisy Chain and carabiner, which is approved for climbing. The ladder is incredibly easy to attach and adjust, and it must be loaded with a static pull of 150 kg.

MobileFit is the optimal training equipment for functional strength training. With MobileFit you can do countless exercises for the whole body, and the training equipment is suitable for everyone regardless of level - also for rehabilitation. Many physiotherapists and chiropractors use Mobilefit as the preferred training tool in connection with the rehabilitation of their patients.

Use it for hardcore exercises such as muscle ups, chin ups and dips, but also for general basic exercises such as abdominal and back training.
