The iconic BIRKE anorak which over the decades became an essential item of clothing for the few who passed the entrance exam for one of the special forces and entered their special brotherhood.

The material is super strong and holds up to all kinds of training. Around the neck and wrists there is a soft, stretchy and sweat-wicking material that provides good comfort. Perfect for running, outdoor activities or off duty.

Above the iconic pentagonal front pocket sits the BIRKE emblem, which signals belonging to BIRKE's universe and community. The emblem is removable and made of velcro, while the anorak has a soft velcro back with the BIRKE name engraved.

On the right wrist we have embroidered the top of a T10 parachute, which refers to one of the deployment methods that the special forces are experts in.

BIRKE's unit badge, located inside the neck, is composed of the colors of the Danish flag and the special forces unit badges, while the dagger in the middle is the global symbol for special operations forces (SOF).

Wear DRY

The anorak was launched in 1972 and has been used by special forces ever since. It is extremely durable and lasts for years.

Top tre over yndlings beklædningsdele

Super jakke. Vindtæt, ufattelig let, åndbar og slidstærk men stadig super god vandafvisning. Er hurtigt blevet min go-to for alle træningspas (5-8 om igen). Ville give fem stjerner hvis den havde en Velcro-lukning på lommen i midten samt en clips eller lignende til at holde snoren i siden. Men det er absolut småting og kan kun anbefale! 178cm, 80 kg, str M. passer perfekt.

Kvalitet fra øverste hylde

Utrolig let, komfortabel og vindtæt. Har længe ventet på den sort/sorte løbeanorak og Birke leverer selvfølglig varen i bedste kvalitet.

Lækker anorak men forkert farve

Lækre ting til god pris, men forkert farve kombination i forhold til hvad jeg bestilte. Beholder den, fordi det er for bøvlet at sende den tilbage. Bestiller nok en igen og håber at få den i helt sort næste gang.
